This was an absolutely amazing senior session...almost too good to be true! I have done headshots for Briana and her older sister before and was so happy to be doing her senior pictures this year! One thing about Briana is that she a marvelous dancer and I got to do some dancing shots of her as well, which was new to me and I had fun doing. My favorite outfit was Briana's mustard yellow dress and that to-die-for hat that just tied the whole outfit together! Briana, her mother and I were all just so amazed at how well that outfit worked with the location! I gawked over these images for such a long time and I'm so excited to be sharing them with you (:
I didn't have as many seniors as I did last year however I feel that these sessions were much more intimate, I got to know the models better and interact with them more, and I offered more to my clients this year as opposed to just merely a disc of images. Doing Erin's pictures reminded me of the journey I have with each of my seniors, though short-lived, we get to experience a lot and I enjoyed my time with Erin very much. All her pictures are stunning!
So excited about these photographs! My second senior session for the class of 2015 and it was spectacular. Alison was very nervous at the beginning but towards the middle of the session she was getting more comfortable with posing and being in front of the camera. Her hair is to-die-for, her smile is radiant and her outfits were flawless. We shot at fisher park in greensboro around sunset and it was supposed to rain, there was a thick overcast but the sun peeked through the clouds and it stayed out for the rest of the session. I used most my 70-200 USM L series lens for my canon 6d.
It's here! IT'S FINALLY HERE! Senior Portrait season is in full swing, I'm having client meetings, handing out my brochures, meeting amazing new seniors and having even more amazing sessions! My first session, with Alison Peoples, kicked off the season. Alison is so gorgeous and she nailed every picture. It took a while for her to warm up to being in front of the camera, like mostly everyone who gets their pictures taken, but halfway through she got the hang of it and was loving it. I have more clients' sessions on the way and I cannot wait to show more of them. I'm especially excited about the upcoming fall season since that's when I get most of my inquires and of course the weather is perfect for pictures.
